My family bought a house with Liu Yan and the experience was very pleasantly casual and even though we were the third highest bidder, we got the offer as the seller liked Liu Yan's professionalism and her communication skills. Furthermore, she helped us understand every step of the way process and truly understand what we were signing. Even after the deal both sides were praising her for her professionalism. Overall from a personal perspective, I feel they are great people to work with, they truly looking out for their customers and also help you grab great deals.

Yan Liu helped my partner and me with purchasing our first home and we couldn’t have dreamed for a better agent! We didn’t make things easy for her, but she was extremely patient, professional, and thorough with all of our requests and questions. Since this was our first purchase, we didn’t really know what we were looking for (we were looking from downtown condos, to midtown townhomes, to uptown detached homes... basically anything that fit into our budget); she helped us narrow down our options, did thorough research on the places we were interested in, and cautioned us against issues to watch out for (i.e. kitec plumbing - we didn’t know about this until Yan told us, which we’re extremely thankful for). When we put in offers, she was extremely spot on with her price estimates, and thanks to her, we managed to get an amazing deal on our home even though we were competing with a high number of other offers. She gave us great advice with questions out of her scope of responsibilities, and even helped us with finding a mortgage broker and lawyer. YAN LIU, 10 DAYS, yes that's correct. Yan helped us to buy the first house from the beginning until deal close within 10 days. It was really frustrated as a first time home buyer and it was not easy for us to understand every single little step. Yan replied and answered my questions and concerns promptly during the difficult time.
She was not only helping me for house hunting, but also helping for all the settlement - finding expert for house examination, finding lawyer for deal closing and connecting property management.
